Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about The Loyal Dog Club.

GENERAL

Why did you change from Royal Oak Dog Walkers to Loyal Dog Club?
After five years operating as Royal Oak Dog Walkers, we rebranded to the Loyal Dog Club in August to better reflect our range of services and our expanded reach.

We are also working hard to expand our plans to create a Loyal Dog Club clubhouse, a place where dogs and their humans can gather and socialize.

Where are you located?
We are at 23906 Woodward Ave Ste. 2, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069

We have parking behind the building. Just enter in the front door, walk up the stairs and follow the sign to our office. You can always call if you have any issues!

What are your business hours?
Our hours are Monday – Friday from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
What hours are considered “after hours”?
Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 8:30 am and 4:30 pm – 10:30 pm

Weekends

Holidays – Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day

What are your service areas?

We provide services to dogs residing in the following zip codes: 48009, 48017, 48067, 48069, 48070, 48071, 48072, 48073, 48220, 48237. On a case to case basis, we may see dogs outside of these zip codes for an additional fee.

How do I contact you?
You can call us at (248) 837-9883, email us at info@loyaldogclub.com or start a three way chat with your walker and our office staff using Time To Pet’s chat feature.
My dog takes medication. Can you give it to him/her?
Yes. We can give any medications that are administered orally. 
What payment methods does LDC accept?
We offer secure credit card payments through our booking app Time To Pet. Payments are made automatically each week for any completed services within that time period.  

Cash and check payments are accepted and can be mailed to our office at 23906 Woodward Ave., Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.

What is Time To Pet?
Time To Pet is Loyal Dog Club’s trusted technology platform that helps us provide you with on-demand services. 

With Time To Pet you can:

    • Track your walks with live GPS and receive after visit summaries straight to your phone or e-mail
    • Request new services when you need them
    • View your dog’s schedule and edit or add-on as needed
    • Chat with us directly and get your questions answered in real-time
    • Rest easy knowing our automated and secure payment system has you covered

SERVICES

How do I schedule a service with LDC?
If you are an exisiting client, click the client login button or click here. From there, you can access and manage your schedule. If you have any questions using our our online scheduling system, give us a call at 248-837-9883 or shoot us an email at info@loyaldogclub.com
What is your booking policy during normal business hours?
For service scheduled during normal business hours, we have a 1 hour booking policy. If you want a walk at noon, you have until 11:00am to request this.

Keep in mind that times are based on walker availability, so the sooner you book appointments, the more likely you are to get the time you want especially if it is a time that is in high demand. Only the times that are available are available to choose from in your app.

What is your booking policy during after hours services?
For service scheduled during normal business hours, we have a 1 hour booking policy. If you want a walk at noon, you have until 11:00am to request this.

Do you offer specific time requests?
We do not offer specific time requests. However, we are able to accommodate 2-3 hour time windows, so please allow an hour before and an hour after your desired time for our walker to arrive.
What is your cancellation policy?
Services must be canceled 12 hours in advance for any service booked during normal business hours. After Hours services must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Any cancelations made after the deadline will be charged for the service in its entirety.
Who is walking my dog?
To view our walker profiles and bios, check out our Facebook page or Instagram page.
Will my dog encounter other dogs on his/her walk?
Our walkers exercise an abundance of caution while walking your dog. This includes avoiding other dogs, adults, and children while out on a walk regardless of the dog’s temperament.
Can I schedule a recurring service?
Yes! You can do this directly through the app or client portal. Want it to repeat indefintely? We can do that, too.

 

What areas do you offer pet transportation?
We offer pick up and drop off services in the following zip codes: 48009, 48017, 48067, 48069, 48070, 48071, 48072, 48073, 48220, 48237. Both pick up and drop off location must be located within these zip codes.
