Join the Club

Time to Pet is LDC’s operating system and it’s our way to ensure that each and every one of you dog’s needs are met to your exact specifications. Once you create your account, you will be emailed a link to activate your account and can start booking services right away.

We want to provide your dog with the best possible care. We find that it is most helpful for our customers to set up a brief 15-30 minute meeting in our office or virtually on video chat to answer all your questions and go over everything you we will need before your first appointment with us. During our new client consultation, we will also introduce you to Time To Pet and make sure you are completely comfortable using the app and Client Portal.

After you activate your account, you will have complete access to your profile and your account. Make edits and updates as needed, pay your invoice online, or customize the notifications you’ll receive. After your profile is complete, your walker will know what door to enter in, harness to use, treats to give, and games to play that will make your dog the happiest and most comfortable.  And best of all, you can edit and update your profile at any time to keep your walker informed and up to date.
