It’s been one week…
….since we’ve reopened (sorry in advance for everyone that now has the famous Barenaked Ladies song stuck in their heads…) and BOY it’s good to be back. It felt so good walking in to the office, reviving my fiddle leaf fig, and of course getting to see some of the beautiful fuzzy faces we’ve all missed dearly.

...has made a shocking recovery.
There were a lot of changes that occurred over the last few months. The biggest one being the departure of our operations administrator, Autumn! We were all sad to see her go, but we are so excited for her to begin her career as a nurse. She promised she wouldn’t be a stranger, so I know this isn’t goodbye!

With that being said, I would like to introduce everyone to Kourtney! Kourtney is our new operations administrator and we are so lucky to have her on our team. She has 10 years of administrative and office management experience, but just as important is her love and passion for dogs. She has been with us for a little over a week now, but it seems like she’s been a part of the LDC team forever! Since things have been moving a little slower than usual, we’ve had a lot of time to brainstorm ways to improve day to day operations and she’s also come up with some fun ideas that will hopefully excite you all as much as it excites me! (Think customer perks, loyalty programs, contests, more SWAG!)
Meet Kourtney, her husband Martin, her two adorable dogs Butters and Tulip, and yes, that is Kristen Bell! One of the many celebs she’s met over the years!
